Coaching is aimed at improving not only individual skills but also each teams overall match performance.

Gems has a diversity of experienced players from those, who have played club, to some having played at County, Regional and National club level.

However, Gems welcome any player who has the ability to progress from basic skills to developing more advanced netball skills, whilst having a relaxed and friendly attitude.

Above all we aim to have fun - although we take our netball training session seriously it is filled with laughter and light heartedness with someone or other making a pigs ear of the coaches instructions!

Gems are fortunate to have Joan Chipperfield as their dedicated coach . Joan attends all matches and has been known to watch two teams based at different venues on the same day ! However it enables her to identify what has gone well in games and what areas need more coaching in!

We currently train indoors at Holy Cross School George Road Kingston KT2 7NU on a Monday evening from 7.30 - 9pm.
