How does she get the best out of the players?
We have structured the training sessions so that they develop individual skills but also teamwork and tactical options for each squad. The sessions are 90mins in length and usually consist of;
- Warm up
- Development of specific skills and strength and conditioning exercises.
- Drills in a game context
- Conditioned games/ Tactical awareness
Where do we train?
We currently train indoors at Holy Cross School, 25 Sandal Road, New Malden KT3 5AR on a Tuesday evening from 8.00pm– 9:30pm.
